I am a seasoned recruiter with over 25 years of expertise, specializing in talent acquisition across a wide range of industries and career levels, from recent college graduates to senior level professionals. Known for my “mom like” approach I am leveraging my recruiting background to coach college students and new graduates, helping them secure meaningful opportunities and successfully launch their careers. I work closely with each individual and tailor my focus depending on their needs. Together we will find a fulfilling career path that aligns with their goals, interests, and talents. I have 2 daughters (Zoe graduated from TCU 2026 & Ellie is a senior at TAMU). With warmth and encouragement my goal is to guide and support each person in developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to successfully transition from college to the workforce.

I have coached job seekers of all ages through the recruitment process, and I am here to share my insights and expertise with your student to help them move from college student and launch their career. We will focus on finding a career path that aligns with their goals and passions, is realistic and attainable, and complements their unique talents. I am a mother of 3 older children (Elle at UT Austin, Bennett at Episcopal HS and William incoming freshman to Episcopal HS).
